REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Scope

​

This policy applies to all services and SaaS licences sold by AtlaNova LLC ("AtlaNova," “we,” “our,” “us”). It covers:

• Consulting retainers (SEO, PPC, content‑strategy engagements)

• AtlaSEO data‑analytics licences

• AtlaSocial social‑media‑management licences

• Any one‑off digital deliverables offered through atlanova‑llc.com.

2. Free trial – AtlaSEO / AtlaSocial

​

New clients benefit from a 14‑day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without charge and no payment will be processed. If you do not cancel before the 14‑day period ends, the selected monthly plan will be billed automatically.

 

3. Consulting retainers

​

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

• You may cancel at any time with 14 calendar days’ written notice (email acceptable).

• Unused prepaid hours will be refunded pro‑rata within 7 business days of the effective cancellation date.

 

4. Monthly SaaS subscriptions (post‑trial)

​

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary date.

• You may cancel via your client dashboard or by emailing billing@atlanova‑llc.com before the next renewal date.

• Fees already paid for an active month are non‑refundable after the trial period.

5. One‑off digital deliverables

​

Payments for one‑time audits, templates or reports are non‑refundable once the deliverable has been sent to you.

 

6. EU right of withdrawal

​

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet fully performed. To exercise it, send an email to support@atlanova‑llc.com with your order details. Where services have been partially performed during the withdrawal period, we will charge a proportionate amount.

 

7. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.

8. Chargebacks

​

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue. Unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in suspension of service and additional administrative fees.
